Ambulance Victoria & Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society

Telstra Purple partnered with Ambulance Victoria and ANZICS to develop a Critical Health Resource System to manage visibility of public and private hospital intensive care units to manage peak demand. The CHRIS system allows healthcare facilities to move patients to the nearest available ICU hospital and redeploy vital equipment to those that need it most.

East Metropolitan Health Service

Telstra Purple and WA Health worked together to develop a robust digital system to support COVID-19 diagnosis across several regional screening clinics. The solution helps support healthcare workers in identifying risk factors for infection based on the information collected, such as travel routes, public places, geography and demographic.

We've been supporting multiple businesses to transition their workforce to remote working arrangements while ensuring minimal disruption on its operations and contact centre. We undertook a full network and security assessment analysis to enable over 4,000 AGL employees to work from home with a key focus on their contact centre – with total mobility and external access activated for over 7,000 users. This has enabled AGL to continue to deliver essential services for communit\ies across Australia.
